The Collections feature was designed to make it easy to share groups of images or layers with others. However, all Collections are private until the link to your Collection is shared with others.
Viewer Settings
When creating a collection you are prompted to set the permissions for those viewing the collection. By default any member who has been given the link to the Collection will be able to view and duplicate the contents of the Collection.
The settings for each individual Collection can be updated at any time under the settings menu for the Collection by clicking Share.
The settings for subcollections are controlled individually. You can therefore choose to hide subcollections within a larger shared collection.

Sharing Collections
To share a collection, simply copy and distribute the URL while viewing the Collection. Alternatively, click the Settings button and choose Share to review the settings. Then click Copy Link to copy the collection URL for disseminating.

Viewing a Collection owned by another member
When viewing a Collection owned by another member, a simplified view is shown that removes the Owner Information for the layer and images present in the Collection. Members can see an example here.
Depending on the settings chosen by the Collection Owner, the Duplicate button will be visible to those viewing the Collection and will allow members to take a copy of the Collection for their own account. Read more about Duplicating Collections here.
